Send From Plugin
Description
I have issues with my hosting service not allowing me to easily set the ‘From line’ for my server email. When ever a new user signs up they see username@<hostingservice> even though they should see user@site.com. Before Send From you would be required to modify your installation of WordPress just about every time you do an update. No longer. With Send From, you simply go into your admin panel and set what the end user sees in their From line.
Installation Instructions
- Download then Send From Plugin
- Upload to your /wp-contents/plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins‘ menu in WordPress.
Set Defaults
- Under the ‘Plugins’ click the link for ‘Send Email’
- Change the From Name and From Email
- Click Update Options
Download the Send From Plugin

I have not tried this, but have a question, will it allow bloggers to use their email address on the contact form? The blogger has to post their name and email address, but still comes from my site and doesn’t use their name or email~!
Thanks

I’m not exactly sure what you are looking for. From your question I’m guessing you are looking for a way for people to get in contact with individual bloggers on a site? If that’s the case then it’s a bit outside of the goal accomplished by this plugin. Send-From adjusts any email sent from WordPress itself. Before I created it I was seeing emails that would say there were from@ and no way to outright change that. This plugin changes the @ to, in this case, Do Not Reply .
Hope this answers your question!
